Executive Optical is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting activities and ensure timely month-end and year-end close in Quezon City.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accountancy with 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. You will lead a team, review entries, and coordinate audits while upholding internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy is required.
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily general accounting activities.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and ledger adjustments.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Monitor general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Review tax-related reports and filings.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation to accounting staff.
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial concerns.
• Perform other supervisory accounting duties as assigned.
