Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred but not required.
• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in retail, distribution, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, payroll, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate documentation.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash flow.
• Oversee payroll processing and related deductions.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and risk management.
• Prepare financial analyses and confidential reports for Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
