Job summary

Qualifications

• Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting
• Collaborate with accounts payable and finance teams
• Prepare schedules and management reports
• Assist with audits and regulatory filings
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and tax records
• Support month-end and quarter-end closes
• Ensure tax compliance with BIR, LGU, SEC
• Where applicable, participate in ad hoc tasks

Responsibilities

• Work with accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate transaction capture
• Collaborate with accounting and corporate finance for required financial reports
• Execute month-end and quarter-end closing procedures
• Maintain ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and bank transaction records
• Prepare taxes and assist with audits and regulatory filings
• Assist with external audit requests and schedule reviews
• Maintain organized trackers and accounting reports of financial activities
• Proactively develop programs to reduce financial risk and discrepancies
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
