Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking an Accounting Analyst (R2R) to support Record to Report activities. The role handles financial analysis, reconciliations, and compliance, with a second-shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. It is onsite for the first six months and transitions to a hybrid work setup thereafter.

You will work on general ledger accounts, support audits, and collaborate with global teams to ensure timely financial reporting and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial or accounting analysis in a multinational/shared services environment.
• Hands-on experience with multiple general ledger accounts and US GAAP.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred; SAP, Oracle, Sage, Tableau or Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial accounts and supporting schedules per US GAAP.
• Prepare manual journal entries and complete account reconciliations.
• Support audits and SOX compliance activities.
• Manage priorities and workflows, resolving accounting issues.
• Collaborate with teams to support shared goals and deadlines.
