Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance across local GAAP and US GAAP. You will be the key liaison between external firms and internal stakeholders, aligning local data with PayJoy’s global reporting system.

You will lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, manage core accounting functions, and drive internal controls and process improvements within a multinational fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including month-end/year-end close and statutory statements.
• Experience in multinational corporations; FinTech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under US GAAP/Local GAAP and IFRS as applicable.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to deadlines.
• Prepare financial reporting packages for consolidation and local statutory filings.
• Analyze results with variance commentary and budget/forecast comparison.
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and payroll interfaces where applicable.
