Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager in the Philippines to oversee daily accounting operations and staff. You will prepare financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance, and manage month-end and year-end closes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of accounting experience with leadership experience, and strong Excel and accounting software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and staff
