Job summary

Aprio's Philippines Outsourcing Team seeks a Senior Accounting Associate to handle weekly/monthly client accounting, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. You will review journal entries, manage fixed assets, and ensure accurate reporting under US project managers.

The role demands 3+ years in BPO, CPA is a plus, and proficiency with Sage Intacct, Restaurant365, QBO, BILL, Factura.ai, and MS Office. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• CPA license is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years in the BPO industry.
• Experience with specified software tools and US client engagements.
• Strong communication and leadership in a hybrid team setting.
• Ability to manage multiple clients with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly and monthly accounting tasks for assigned clients.
• Pull and verify reports from multiple sources.
• Record payroll, tax, and depreciation entries accurately.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain ledger integrity.
• Prepare cash projections and assist with 1099 season filings.
• Mentor associates and support process improvements.
