Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant based in Cebu to support day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting within a manufacturing or distribution setting.

You will manage AP/AR/GL, inventory accounting, and ensure accurate records, aided by ERP systems and advanced Excel. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with collaboration across internal controls and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a U.S. manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or inventory-based business.
• Costing experience is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile inventory and related accounts and assist with inventory adjustments and physical counts.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and account schedules.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support audit requests.
