Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• CPA certificate is preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in general accounting or corporate finance; entry-level acceptable for fresh graduates or accounting clerks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial formulas).
• Working knowledge of accounting software/ERP (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, FreshBooks).
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS/PAS is required.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger Management: Maintain ledgers, record journal entries, reconcile balances.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee payments and vendor bills.
• Tax Compliance: Compute taxes, file returns, and handle local filings (BIR).
• Auditing & Controls: Support audits and maintain internal controls.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist budgeting, variance analysis, and cost tracking.
