Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Senior Accountant - International Statutory to lead statutory reporting and audits for international subsidiaries across EMEA, APAC and LATAM. The role is based in Eastwood, Quezon City with a hybrid, mid-shift setup.

You will prepare annual statutory financial statements and management accounts for about 20 entities, validate balances with journals and reconciliations, and collaborate with outsourced providers and the Global Tax team to ensure GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading statutory reporting for international subsidiaries.
• Experience with external audits and regulatory filings.
• Strong journal entry and reconciliation skills.
• Familiarity with local GAAP and global tax compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with external advisors and tax teams.
• SOX compliance knowledge and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory reporting and external audits for international subsidiaries (EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
• Prepare annual statutory financial statements and management accounts for ~20 entities.
• Validate balances via journals, reconciliations, and analysis, including intercompany.
• Partner with outsourced providers to maintain local books and GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with Global Tax on income tax returns and provisions.
• Develop technical accounting memoranda with stakeholders and advisors.
• Support implementation of reporting tools and streamline processes.
• Maintain SOX controls and documentation.
• Complete local compliance documentation and statutory submissions.
• Contribute to global controllership projects.
