Qualifications

• Must have QuickBooks Online proficiency.
• Experience with inventory and cost accounting.
• Experience with transactional accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting methods for ecommerce/CPG.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain current records.
• Ability to manage deadlines and elevate issues.

Responsibilities

• Support or own end-to-end month-end close for an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Own specific accounting tasks within the month-end close cycle.
• Prepare and support delivery of client accounting deliverables.
• Respond to client questions and follow up on outstanding items.
• Request, organize, and follow up on missing documentation from clients.
• Maintain clean, accurate, up-to-date records in accounting applications, including Double.
• Identify and elevate open items, roadblocks, and issues to the Controller.
• Support internal process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Work with the Controller and team to complete engagements on schedule.
