SPC Power Corporation in Manila is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic growth and informed decision-making.

You will oversee cash flow, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and financial controls while partnering with department heads to drive business initiatives and performance. A CPA or CFA is highly desirable, and strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with 5+ years in finance, accounting or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• CPA or CFA designation is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support planning.
• Prepare and present forecasts, variance analyses and reports to management.
• Support annual budgeting with department heads to create realistic budgets.
• Monitor budget performance, identify variances and recommend actions.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in line with standards.
• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operations and investments.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks including currency, rates and credit.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and internal controls.
• Provide insights to support strategic initiatives and growth.
