Job summary

Arbcentrix Corporation is seeking a Senior Accountant – Client Intake & Accounting Technology to support the growth of its Client Accounting Services. This hybrid role requires strong accounting foundations, CPA-firm experience, and the ability to interact directly with clients.

The candidate will onboard new CAS clients, analyze their accounting environments, and transition them into ongoing CAS operations while improving processes and reporting through various accounting platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and senior accountant–level experience.
• Experience in CPA/public accounting environments, particularly serving US-based firms from the Philippines.
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and financial reporting.
• Ability to learn and adapt to multiple accounting technology platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with client-facing comfort.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new CAS clients from business development into the CAS organization.
• Interact with clients to understand their accounting processes and reporting requirements.
• Gather and organize financial and operational information for onboarding.
• Review historical financial statements and accounting records for quality and organization.
• Identify inconsistencies and opportunities to improve reporting and chart of accounts.
• Learn and support multiple accounting technology platforms and workflows.
