Job summary

CO Careers is seeking an Assistant Manager (Accounting) to join our expanding online bookkeeping and CFO firm. This role focuses on advisory, client meetings, and helping business owners understand financial data. The position is on-site in Clark, Pampanga, with a remote-friendly outlook for long-term operations.

You will manage multi-client engagements, review financial statements, assist with job costing, cash flow analysis, and high-level cleanup work while training staff on best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to meet with clients in an advisory capacity.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience working with multiple clients; Bachelor’s in Accounting/Business preferred.
• Ability to learn new online software and comfortable using video chat software, email, spreadsheets, apps, etc.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients regularly to review financials, answer questions, and provide clear, actionable advisory insights.
• Help clients understand financial statements, job costing, cash flow, and overall performance to support informed decision-making.
• Identify accounting and operational bottlenecks and guide clients toward solutions.
• Support client budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, onboarding, and high-level cleanup/catch-up work.
• Oversee bookkeeping and accounting in QuickBooks, including reconciliations and compliance with accounting standards.
