Job summary

Infinity-Ways Manpower Corporation in Binondo, Manila, is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will manage accounting operations, monitor financial transactions, handle AR/AP, and prepare reports to support the Finance Manager in daily financial activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field, at least three years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least three years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily expense reimbursements and cost control activities.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including collections and payment monitoring.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and conduct financial data analysis.
• Monitor warehouse sales and inventory transactions and generate reports.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and settlement of payables.
• Coordinate with third-party financial service providers and business partners.
• Monitor monthly expenses, cash flow, and financial records.
• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting documentation and records.
• Support the Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain attendance and office records.
