Job summary

Skyline Payments is seeking a Sr. Account Executive in the Philippines to drive top-of-funnel sales. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospects, then introduce our payment solutions and schedule demonstrations for the Account Manager.

You’ll be responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, handling objections, and building a strong sales pipeline to exceed monthly targets in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or sales development.
• Experience conducting outbound prospecting through phone, email, and other lead generation channels.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent objection-handling and persuasive selling abilities.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations or managing the sales process from prospecting through closing is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and other channels to identify and engage prospects.
• Communicate the value of our payment solutions and drive product demonstrations.
• Demonstrate the platform in 5–10 minute sessions, gather merchant requirements, and qualify opportunities.
• Collect merchant statements and schedule demonstrations or proposals for the Account Manager.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with Account Manager and Sales Leadership to optimize conversions.
• Surpass monthly activity, pipeline, and performance targets; mentor junior SDRs as needed.
