Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Account to Report (ATR) Supervisor to oversee ATR transactions across GAAP-compliant processes including Fixed Assets, Intercompany and General Ledger. You will supervise a cluster/sub-team, monitor day-to-day work, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while driving KPI improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 5–8 years in Account to Report, 3+ years in a supervisory ATR position, CPA or SAP ERP exposure, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license preferred.
• Finance and Accounting experience with GAAP, GL, consolidation.
• 3+ years in a supervisory ATR role.
• 5–8 years in Account to Report.
• Experience in SAP or ERP systems.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review ATR transactional accounting, reporting and closing processes for Fixed Assets, Intercompany and General Ledger in line with GAAP and Global Accounting Policies.
• Monitor attendance and supervise day-to-day work of the cluster/sub-team.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of all deliverables and KPIs.
• Provide support in ATR operations including review and approval for complex transactions.
• Lead improvement initiatives and migration / process improvement projects with the Manager.
• Identify, rectify and resolve issues; document and monitor logs.
• Act as first escalation point; ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Lead reporting and review of KPIs for the assigned cluster/sub-team.
• Develop a high-performing team through guidance, coaching, and training.
• Collaborate with retained organization and global stakeholders to ensure value-added service.
