Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Account to Report (A2R) Subject Matter Expert to join our Manila operations. The role provides leadership in R2R processes with a focus on accuracy, controls, and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in Record to Report, strong SAP experience, and advanced Excel/BI skills. You will support migrations, uphold GAAP, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Macro or Power BI.
• 6–8 years in Record to Report.
• Experience with SAP and Shared Services/BPO.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support A2R operations and review/approve complex transactions and reports.
• Identify process improvements and drive assigned initiatives to completion.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and alignment with accounting policies.
• Identify and resolve issues, document root causes and actions.
• Contribute to leadership and development of the R2R Tower.
• Perform internal controls reviews and related documentation.
• Serve as liaison for audit requirements and inquiries.
• Update SOPs with process changes.
