Job summary

DSK TECHNOLOGIES in Metro Manila is seeking a sales support representative to cold call, introduce products, and follow up with customers by email and phone. You will monitor samples, track orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Fresh graduates and those with 0–2 years sales experience are welcome; experience in semiconductor, electronics, or engineering is a bonus. Strong English communication, presentable, organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Background in Semiconductor, Electronics, Engineering is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable making phone calls and communicating with customers.
• Presentable and able to represent the company well when dealing with customers.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks without constant supervision.
• Willing to learn about semiconductor materials, consumables, and manufacturing processes.
• Can drive; possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
• Having a personal vehicle is an advantage, especially for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and introduce our products to potential customers
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers through email and phone
• Monitor and track customer samples, including preparation and shipment
• Track inventory, stock levels, and customer requirements
• Follow up on projects
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries
• Provide general support to the sales team
