Job summary

Allegro Microsystems Philippines Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead line operations from test floor to finishing in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. You will plan, organize, and direct activities, ensure demand alignment, and drive efficiency while mentoring operators.

You will implement corrective actions, develop your team, supervise safety programs, and maintain daily production reporting to sustain quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• A B.S. Engineering degree is required.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• At least 2 years as an individual contributor or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead line operations from the test floor to finishing.
• Plan and allocate manpower to meet demand and cycle times.
• Monitor machine output and UPH against standards.
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions for line issues.
• Coordinate operator qualification and provide training.
• Conduct daily handshake meetings to discuss issues.
• Review operator performance and update status as needed.
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
• Support Safety, ESD, and 5S programs.
• Drive continuous line improvement initiatives.
