Qualifications

• B.S. Engineering degree and supervisory experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an individual contributor or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead line operations from test floor to finishing to meet demand profiles.
• Plan manpower allocation to maximize production resources and meet cycle targets.
• Monitor machine output and UPH against standards and drive improvements.
• Initiate preventive and corrective actions for line problems.
• Train and certify operators for assigned stations.
• Conduct daily handshake meetings to address line issues and improvements.
• Review operator performance and support development.
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports and related documents.
• Support Safety, ESD, and 5S programs and drive continuous line improvement.
