Job summary

STMicroelectronics Philippines seeks a manufacturing process support role to renew talent acquisition and onboarding processes while ensuring daily line operations meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. You will help select recruitment vendors and coordinate end-to-end collaboration with them.

You will assist in process setup, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams to enhance line efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, process support, or equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of the pre-assembly line to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Monitor process performance and equipment status to identify abnormalities and take timely action.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and line issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Participate in root cause analysis for defects and process instabilities; support corrective actions.
• Assist in process setup, validation, optimization, and changeover activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve line efficiency and product quality.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and waste reduction initiatives.
• Maintain and update process documentation and SOPs.
• Support introduction of new products, materials, or equipment; train operators on standards.
