Job summary

Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced production executive to lead planning, execution, and quality management in semiconductor OSAT manufacturing. The role emphasizes handling manufacturing processes, NPI, and workforce coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years in OSAT management, strong knowledge of semiconductor production and power device standards, and preferably an Electrical/Electronics Engineering background with an MBA.

Qualifications

8-10 years experience in semiconductor OSAT manufacturing or equivalent in managerial capacity.
Knowledgeable in semiconductor production processes and standards, assembly and test technologies.
Electrical or Electronics Engineering graduate preferably with MBA.
Knows the principles involved in hardware, software and mechanical design.
Familiar with die technology in Si, SiC and GaN, power discrete and module design and manufacturing.
Knowledgeable in electronic product manufacturing processes.
Knows the latest trends and development in the electronics industry.
Familiar with Power Devices standards i.e AECQ-101 and QG 324, MIL-Std.

Responsibilities

Production planning & execution - organizes the production of the planned volume according to standards and quality indicators.
Controls daily production plans & efficiency according to standards.
Yield & Quality management - monitor defect rates, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Equipment & Process coordination - ensure equipment utilization, minimize downtime, maintain schedules.
Workforce management - oversees operators, supervisors, staffing, organizing, training, performance monitoring.
Production preparation - participate in NPI, manage materials and inventory.
Cost control & productivity improvement.
