Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced production executive to lead planning, execution, and quality management in semiconductor OSAT manufacturing. The role emphasizes handling manufacturing processes, NPI, and workforce coordination.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years in OSAT management, strong knowledge of semiconductor production and power device standards, and preferably an Electrical/Electronics Engineering background with an MBA.
Main responsibilities:
Production planning & execution - organizes the production of the planned volume according to standards and quality indicators. Controls daily production plans & efficiency according to standards.
Yield & Quality management - works closely with engineering & quality teams to monitor defect rates, drive rootcasue analysis and implement corrective actions
Equipment & Process coordination - Ensures equipment are utlized properly, downtime is minimized and maintenaance schedules don't disrupt output more than necessary
Workforce Management oversees operators, supervisors, includes staffing, organizing, training, perfromance monitoring.
Production preparation - participates in the implementation of NPI. Responsible for the use of materials and inventory management.

Qualifications:
At least 8-10 years experience in semiconductor OSAT manufacturing or equivalent in managerial capacity.
Knowledgeable in semiconductor production processes and standards, assembly and test technologies.
Electrical or Electronics Engineering graduate preferably with MBA
Knows the principles involved in hardware, software and mechanical design
Familiar with die technology in Si, SiC and GaN, power discrete and module design and manufacturing
Knowledgeable in electronic product manufacturing processes
Knows the latest trends and development in the electronics industry
Familiar with the quality and compliance standards for designing for automotive, industrial and mechanical applications.
Familiar with Power Devices standards i.e AECQ-101 and QG 324, MIL-Std
