Job summary

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with at least 2 years in semiconductor/electronics/optoelectronics or fiber optics.
Experience with Die Attach, Wirebonding and related equipment is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and interpretation of mechanical/electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain assigned equipment; keep maintenance docs up to date.
Support equipment transfer qualifications and machine buy-off; ensure compliance.
Provide technical production support; monitor machine availability, PM and calibration, SPC.
Initiate equipment improvements and cost-saving projects using data.
Present updates in weekly engg or monthly meetings.
