Job summary

CPO ELECTRONICS PHILIPPINES INC. in Lipa City, Batangas, is seeking an experienced Machine Technician to maintain, repair, and optimize our semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

This full-time role is based in our Batangas facility and requires hands-on technical work in a fast-paced production environment. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, document activities, and support operators while contributing to continuous improvement and reliability of our machinery.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Machine Technician in semiconductors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals and technical documentation.
• Hands-on with varied maintenance tools and test equipment.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production machines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose machinery issues promptly.
• Inspect, test, and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
• Document maintenance, repairs and part replacements.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to operators.
• Participate in continuous improvement to boost productivity.
