Job summary

Littelfuse in the Philippines (Batangas) is seeking a laboratory chemist to perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials and process chemicals used in semiconductor production. You will ensure SOP and safety compliance while maintaining instruments and documenting results.

We expect a strong foundation in chemistry or chemical engineering, with 2+ years in a lab setting and familiarity with LIMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, Licensed Chemist.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience; semiconductor/electronics industry a plus.
• Solid understanding of chemical principles and analytical techniques.
• Proficiency with laboratory instruments and software (LIMS, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis on raw materials, process chemicals, and finished products.
• Analyze materials to support semiconductor production processes.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
• Document results in LIMS and generate reports.
• Support method development and continuous improvement of lab procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
