Job summary

Jade Solutions and Management Services is seeking a senior executive to own the captive line and drive overall business performance in a semiconductor setting. You will interface with customer top management, manage critical relationships, and ensure continuity aligned with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities include leading safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost metrics, plus ramp-up planning and organizational decisions.

Qualifications

• Over-all owner of captive line and business performance.
• Main interface with customer top management.
• Manage customer relationship, commitments and major escalations.
• Ensure business continuity and alignment with GEMS management.
• Own safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost and people performance.
• Lead business strategy, ramp-up readiness, manpower and organization planning.
• Approve major organizational, manpower and resources decisions.
• Ensure alignment between GEMS strategy and customer business requirements
• Manage financial/cost performance and resource requirements
• Align HR, Planning, Supply chain, Facilities, QA/TQM and EHS with BU priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the captive line and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Serve as the main liaison to customer top management on strategic issues.
• Manage key customer relationships, commitments, and major escalations.
• Ensure business continuity and alignment with GEMS management.
• Lead overall people performance and resource optimization across functions.
• Lead strategy, ramp-up readiness, and organizational planning.
• Approve major organizational and resource decisions.
• Ensure alignment of GEMS strategy with customer requirements.
• Oversee cost management and resource planning.
• Coordinate HR, Planning, Supply Chain, Facilities, QA/TQM and EHS priorities.
