Job summary

Jade Solutions and Management Services in Laguna, Biñan is seeking a senior executive to own the captive line and overall business performance. The role interfaces with customer top management and leads strategic decisions across operations, finance, quality and HR.

The candidate should bring extensive semiconductor leadership experience, proven ability to manage escalations, drive improvements and ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years in a semiconductor company.
• 15+ years in semiconductor work in technical production and manufacturing capacity.
• Held manufacturing and general management roles at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Owns the captive line and business performance.
• Interfaces with customer top management.
• Manages customer relationships, commitments and major escalations.
• Ensures business continuity and alignment with company management.
• Owns safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost and people performance.
• Leads business strategy, ramp-up readiness and manpower planning.
• Approves major organizational and resource decisions.
• Aligns company strategy with customer requirements.
• Manages financial/cost performance and resource needs.
• Coordinates HR, planning, supply chain, facilities, QA/TQM and EHS with BU priorities.
• Drives continuous improvement and long-term business development.
• Provides final guidance during transitions or interim organization.

Job description

Essential Job Functions:

1. Over-all owner of Captive line and business performance

2. Main interface of with the customer top management.

3. Manage customer relationship, business commitments and major escalations.

4. Ensure business continuity and alignment with company management.

5. Own over all safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost and people performance.

6. Lead business strategy, ramp-up readiness, manpower and organization planning.

7. Approve major organizational, manpower and resources decisions.

8. Ensure alignment between company strategy and customer business requirements

9. Manage financial/cost performance and resource requirements

10. Align HR, Planning, Supply chain, Facilities, QA/TQM and EHS with BU priorities.

11. Drive continuous improvement, retention and long term business development.

12. Provide final management guidance during the transition/interim organization.

Experience/Skills:

• At least 20 years in SEMICONDUCTOR company.

• 15 years min SEMICONDUCTOR work experience in Technical Production and manufacturing capacity

• Handled Manufacturing, General Management roles in senior level capacity

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field

• Certifications related to project management, Six Sigma, or industry-specific standards (e.g., TS16949, ISO) can be advantageous
