Job summary

WalterMart Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a Selling Supervisor to drive category profitability and manage day-to-day selling operations. You will oversee category building, promotions implementation, and inventory accuracy while supervising sales support staff.

The role requires a business-oriented degree and at least 2 years in store management or retail operations, with readiness to relocate to WM Porac when it opens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in store management and operations in retail or food establishments.
• Willing to be assigned to WM San Fernando or WM Mabalacat and transferred to WM Porac when operating.

Responsibilities

• Category building with sales achievement, safety and sanitation of the category, bad order management.
• Timely and accurate implementation of all promotions.
• Ensures 100% accuracy of the inventory on the category assignment.
• Supervises and monitors performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category.
