Job summary

MR DIY Philippines Pasay City is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service. You will set up gondolas, manage displays, and oversee staff performance to achieve targets.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Filipino and English, and at least 5 years in retail. You will ensure SOP compliance, safety, and timely reporting to HQ and branch management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, hiring, assignments to HQ and supervision.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by ASM/Branch Manager.

• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
