Job summary

Waltermart Supermarket Inc. is seeking a Selling Supervisor to drive category profitability through building and managing day-to-day selling operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis and at least 2 years in store management, with training at WM San Fernando or WM Mabalacat and permanent assignment to WM Porac when it opens. The successful candidate will oversee customer service, category sales, promotions, inventory accuracy, and supervision of sales support staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in store management and operations in retail or food establishments.
• Willing to undergo training at WM San Fernando or WM Mabalacat; assigned permanently at WM Porac when operational.

Responsibilities

• Customer service management.
• Category building including sales achievement, safety and sanitation of the category, and bad order management.
• Timely and accurate implementation of all promotions.
• Ensures 100% accuracy of the inventory on the category assignment.
• Supervises and monitors performance of sales support staff and merchandisers within the category.
