Waltermart Supermarket is seeking a Selling Supervisor to drive category profitability and manage day-to-day selling operations across assigned departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business-related field and at least 2 years of store management experience; willingness to transfer to WM Porac when operational, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.
• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in store management and operations.
• Willing to be assigned at WM San Fernando or WM Mabalacat for the meantime and will be transferred to WM Porac once it becomes operational.

Responsibilities

• Category building - category sales achievement, safety and sanitation of the category, bad order management
• Timely and accurate implementation of all promotions
• Ensures 100% accuracy of the inventory on the category assignment
• Supervises and monitors performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category
