Job summary

SM Fashion in the Philippines is seeking a store manager to lead daily sales performance, monitor department results, and propose corrective actions to the Regional Manager. You will build relationships with the top 100 customers and convert complaints into satisfied shoppers.

You will train and supervise sales clerks, ensure displays meet standards, keep areas clean, and arrange fixtures. Daily checks on product knowledge, promos, store layout, and client-facing skills are expected to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years’ related retail managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily sales vs target; analyzes causes and proposes corrective actions to the Regional Manager.
• Builds relationships with top 100 customers and resolves complaints to satisfaction.
• Explains display standards to clerks and ensures items are arranged, areas clean, and fixtures repaired.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors departmental sales vs. target on a daily basis, identifies causes of poor performance and recommends solutions to Regional Manager for proper action.
• Proactively seeks customer interactions, builds sustained relationships with top 100 customers and converts the ones with complaints into happy shoppers.
• Explains display standards to sales clerks and regularly checks if items are arranged properly, areas are clean and asks for repair or replacement of broken fixtures.
• Conducts daily checking on team's knowledge (product, promos, store layout/services), look (uniform, posture, grooming), personality (greeting, spiels, no chatting).

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar
• At least 2 years’ related retail work experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
