Job summary

RELX in Manila, Philippines is seeking an experienced Information Security leader to guide practical security governance and trusted customer engagements. You will manage teams, drive risk reduction, and oversee security operations while maintaining a strong customer-orientation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and security engineering to respond to inquiries, audits, and assessments, ensuring compliance with ISO frameworks and SOX where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of security principles, ISO/27001/2, 27017/18, ISO 22301 and 42001, plus SOX compliance.
• Proven track record handling customer security inquiries, audits, and Trust Centre operations.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with stakeholder influence.
• 3+ years of direct people management, coaching and performance development.
• Analytical thinking to interpret complex security scenarios and requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements with effective prioritization.
• Growth mindset and adaptability to evolving industry trends and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools to support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead People & Team Leadership, clarifying roles and priorities.
• Respond to customer security inquiries using knowledge bases and AI tooling.
• Lead audits by coordinating with GRC, security engineering, and product teams.
• Maintain and improve Trust Centre and customer-facing resources.
• Coordinate with Sales and Product to streamline trust requests.
