Job summary

Arrowcrest Technologies Pte Ltd seeks a Project & Operations Manager to oversee security systems integration projects from planning to completion. You will ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT or related field, plus 2+ years of supervisory operations experience in a tech environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in operational management including logistics and surveillance equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
• Experience in an operational role in a tech or fast-growing local company.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with effective solutions.
• Good communication, planning, forecasting workflow, and coordination.
• Ability to manage resources, drive process improvements, and generate reports/presentations.
• Ability to interact with multiple departments to organize resources to meet business needs.
• Ability to multi-task and manage daily operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple security systems integration projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and implement operational plans, workflows, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and address operational or technical issues.
• Manage installation and integration of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related tech.
• Coordinate between construction teams, subcontractors, and technical specialists.
• Validate system design, installation standards, and commissioning processes.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align deliverables.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and ISO guidelines.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct site inspections.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and handover processes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operations and technical teams.
• Plan manpower requirements and manage subcontractors/vendors.
• Foster a high-performance and safety-focused work culture.
• Manage operational budgets and track project costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support digitalization and automation initiatives where applicable.
