Job summary

SM Retail Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee operations in designated areas, respond to incidents, and support safety drills. The role involves monitoring CCTV, identifying risks, and recommending smart security solutions.

You will lead investigations and ensure confidentiality while managing staffing and enforcing discipline. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of supervisory security experience and can collaborate with government security forces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in security operations.
• Strong knowledge of physical security measures and MS Office.
• Ability to build partnerships with government security forces; BOSH certification is a plus.
