Job summary

SM Retail Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee security operations within designated areas of responsibility in Metro Manila. You will respond to incidents, implement emergency programs, support safety drills, monitor CCTV, and lead investigations to safeguard confidential information.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory security experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to collaborate with government security forces. BOSH certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in security operations.
• Skilled in physical security, proficient in MS Office, and able to build strong partnerships with government security forces.
• Certification in Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) is an advantage
