Job summary

SM Retail Inc. seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee security operations in assigned areas of Makati. You will respond to incidents, implement emergency programs, and support safety drills to protect people and assets.

You will monitor CCTV, identify risks, lead investigations, prepare timely reports, and safeguard confidential information while managing security guard staffing and enforcing disciplinary actions as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 2 years supervisory experience in security operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to partner with government security forces.
• BOSH certification is a plus.
