SM Retail in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Security Supervisor to oversee operations within designated areas, respond to incidents, and support emergency drills. You will monitor CCTV, assess risks, and propose smart security solutions while leading investigations and safeguarding confidential information.

The role also involves managing security staff, monitoring attendance, and enforcing disciplinary actions as needed.

Formación

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in security operations.
• Skilled in physical security, proficient in MS Office, and able to build strong partnerships with government security forces.
• Certification in Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) is an advantage
