Qualifications

• Skilled in physical security, proficient in MS Office, and able to build partnerships with government security forces.
• Certification in Basic Occupational Safety & Health (SO 2) is an advantage
• Willing to be deployed to any of the following; SM MOA, SM Makati, SM Marikina

Responsibilities

• Oversees security operations within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Responds to incidents, implements emergency programs, and supports safety drills.
• Monitors CCTV, identifies potential risks, and recommends smart solutions.
• Leads security investigations, prepares timely reports, and safeguards confidential information.
• Manages security guard staffing, monitors attendance, and enforces disciplinary actions as necessary
