Job summary

DFNN Inc. is seeking a Security Staff to maintain safety, security, and order at a gaming outlet in Pandacan, Manila. The role is onsite with a rotational schedule and six working days per week.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of security experience, with preference for those near Pandacan and holding a Safety Officer certification. Criminology license is not required. Gaming, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security or related experience.
• Criminology license is not required.
• Willing to work a rotational shifting schedule.
• Preferably residing near Pandacan, Manila for easier commuting.
• Preferably has a Safety Officer certification.
• Experience in gaming outlets, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, security, and order within the gaming outlet.
• Monitor and secure premises during assigned shift hours.
• Assist players and guests entering the outlet and provide basic assistance.
• Assist guests and clients with parking and maintain order in the parking area.
• Support the team during game nights and other outlet activities.
• Assist with internal operational and security-related concerns.
• Monitor and report unusual incidents, safety concerns, or security issues to appropriate personnel.
• Help ensure company rules, safety procedures, and outlet protocols are followed.
• Perform other duties related to security and outlet operations as assigned.

We are currently looking for a Security Staff to help maintain safety, security, and order at one of our gaming outlets in Pandacan, Manila.

Location: Pandacan, Manila
Work Setup: Onsite, 6 working days with 1 day off
Schedule: Rotational shifting arrangement (to be discussed)

As a Security Staff, you will:

• Maintain safety, security, and order within the gaming outlet.

• Monitor and secure the premises during assigned shift hours.

• Assist players and guests entering the outlet and provide basic assistance when needed.

• Assist guests and clients with parking and maintain order in the parking area.

• Support the team during game nights and other outlet activities.

• Physically capable of performing security and standing duties during assigned shifts.
