Zynergia Health and Wellness Corporation is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our security team in Quezon City. The role focuses on protecting facilities, assets, and personnel through proactive monitoring, access control, and rapid response to incidents.

You will patrol, verify IDs, log visitors, monitor CCTV, and enforce security policies while delivering courteous service to staff and visitors. Flexibility for evenings and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid security guard licence or local certs.
• Experience as security guard in healthcare/wellness preferred.
• Strong observational and situational awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid basics.
• Integrity, discretion and sound judgment.
• Calm under pressure; able to stay composed.

About the role

Zynergia Health and Wellness Corporation is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our security team on a full-time basis. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, this role is fundamental to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, clients, and visitors. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for protecting our facilities, assets, and personnel through proactive monitoring, access control, and rapid response to any security incidents. Your presence and professionalism will be essential in creating a secure workplace that allows our wellness and health services to operate effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas of the facility to identify and deter potential security risks or suspicious activities
• Maintain security at entry and exit points by verifying identification, controlling access, and maintaining an accurate visitor log
• Conduct regular rounds and inspections of the premises to ensure all areas remain secure and free from hazards
• Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, and emergency situations with appropriate action and professionalism
• Report security incidents, breaches, and suspicious activities to management in a timely manner with detailed documentation
• Monitor CCTV systems and recording equipment to ensure continuous surveillance coverage
• Enforce company security policies and procedures consistently and fairly with all personnel and visitors
• Provide customer service to employees and visitors whilst maintaining high levels of security awareness
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security logs
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
• Maintain physical security measures including locks, gates, and alarm systems

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Valid security guard licence or certification as required by local regulations
• Proven experience working as a security guard or in a similar security role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness facility
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills with the ability to identify potential threats
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
• Physical fitness and capability to perform regular patrols and respond to security incidents
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, first aid basics, and crisis response protocols
• Integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness, with sound judgment in security matters
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Familiarity with security equipment, CCTV systems, and alarm monitoring is advantageous
• Basic computer literacy for logging and reporting purposes
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
