Job summary

Golden TW Realty Development Corporation is seeking a qualified Safety and Security Manager to lead the implementation of comprehensive security and safety programs protecting properties, employees, tenants, guests, and assets in the Philippines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in criminology or related field, at least 5 years in security operations or safety management, and proven experience supervising security personnel and coordinating with third-party agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or related field
• At least 5 years of security operations, safety management, or law enforcement experience, preferably with supervisory experience
• Proven experience managing security personnel and coordinating with third-party security agencies
• Knowledgeable in security systems, CCTV operations, access control, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures
• Familiarity with Philippine safety, security, fire protection, and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, decision-making, investigation, and crisis management skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing abilities
• Relevant certifications in security, safety, emergency response, or management are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee security policies, procedures, and operational plans to protect premises, personnel, guests, and assets
• Identify potential security threats, safety hazards, and risks; recommend preventive and corrective measures
• Manage and supervise security personnel, security officers, and third-party security agencies to ensure compliance with standards and protocols
• Oversee access control systems, visitor management, employee entry/exit procedures, security checkpoints, and CCTV monitoring
• Develop and implement emergency response and crisis management plans for fire, theft, accidents, medical emergencies, security threats, and other incidents
• Lead investigations of security-related incidents, prepare incident reports, determine contributing factors, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire protection, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular security inspections, vulnerability assessments, and audits to strengthen security measures
• Coordinate with local authorities, law enforcement, responders, regulators, and internal departments on safety matters
• Prepare security and safety reports, manpower plans, incident statistics, and budget proposals; recommend improvements
