Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Director of Security to lead security operations, branch security, loss prevention, investigations, and guard force management at our Quezon City location. This full-time on-site role requires strong leadership and a track record in corporate security.

You will drive risk management, compliance with security standards, and protection of assets and personnel, while coordinating with police and executive teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive experience in corporate security, investigations, loss prevention, or security operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing security teams across multiple locations.
• Strong investigation, decision-making, communication, and crisis-management skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall security operations and ensure security compliance across all branches.
• Manage and oversee the guard force and ensure training compliance with RA 5487.
• Lead investigations involving cash losses, shortages, and security incidents.
• Drive loss prevention, recovery, surveillance, and security risk management initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with police and law enforcement authorities.
• Provide monthly security reports and security-related updates to the President, Executive Committee, and Group Security.
