Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Security Manager to act as the security subject matter expert and trusted advisor for clients across the Philippines. You will collaborate with commercial, consulting, and operations teams to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and deliver security, crisis management, and workforce resilience solutions.

The role includes supporting security consulting engagements, adoption of digital security solutions, and thought leadership across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in security, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of security risk, crisis, and travel risk management.
• Experience in client-facing roles and business development is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD and Account Management to identify, develop, and win opportunities.
• Support client retention through workforce resilience and crisis management solutions.
• Serve as security SME for proposals, bids, tenders, and client meetings.
• Drive security consulting and managed services opportunities.
• Deliver security briefings, workshops, and demos.
• Collaborate with regional teams on design and delivery.
• Represent International SOS at industry events and forums.
• Support security operations, incident management, and crisis response.
• Build networks with clients and service providers.

About the Role

International SOS is seeking a Security Manager to serve as the security subject matter expert and trusted advisor for clients across the Philippines. This role will partner closely with commercial, consulting, and operational teams to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver security, crisis management, and workforce resilience solutions. The successful candidate will also support security consulting engagements, digital security solutions adoption, and thought leadership initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify, develop, and win new business opportunities.
• Support client retention and growth through workforce resilience, travel risk management, and crisis management solutions.
• Act as the security SME for proposals, bids, tenders, and client presentations.
• Identify and drive security consulting and managed services opportunities.
• Deliver security-focused client briefings, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with regional consulting teams on solution design and project delivery.
• Represent International SOS at industry events, professional forums, and media engagements.
• Support security assistance operations, incident management, and crisis response activities.
• Build and maintain strong networks with clients, industry stakeholders, and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security, International Relations, Law Enforcement, Disaster Management, Political Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security, consulting, military, law enforcement, intelligence, NGO, disaster management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of security risk management, crisis management, and travel risk management.
• Experience in client-facing roles, stakeholder engagement, and business development is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work outside regular business hours when required
