PSA Philippines Consultancy is seeking a Risk Intelligence Analyst to join the SOC in Mandaluyong. You will collect and analyze OSINT and institutional data to inform threat alerts, risk assessments, and welfare checks.
Reporting to the Senior Security Information Officer, you will identify escalating risks across geopolitical, environmental, and public safety domains. The role requires two years in OSINT or risk analysis, with on-site work, 5 days a week, and shift adaptability.

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced professional to serve as a Risk Intelligence Analyst to be embedded within the Security Operations Center (SOC) of a private international institution in Mandaluyong.
The Risk Intelligence Analyst supports the Security Operations Center (SOC) by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing open-source and institutional data to inform threat alerts, risk assessments, situational reports, and welfare checks. You will also be responsible for identifying and escalating risks related to all hazards and threats—including geopolitical events, natural disasters, civil unrest, and public safety issues)-that may affect personnel, operations, or assets. You will be reporting to the Senior Security Information Officer.
Work Arrangement: Fulltime ON-SITE position
Duty Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, must be amenable to mid-shift and graveyard shift
Availability: Must be amenable to working during Philippine holidays and weekends
Compensation: PHP 45,000 - PHP 55,000 (gross), plus benefits, responsibility allowance, and Day 1 HMO
Strong proficiency in open-source intelligence collection and source validation.
Demonstrated ability to identify and escalating emerging threats in real time across geopolitical, environmental, and public safety domains.
Clear and concise analytical writing to support situational reporting, threat advisories, and executive briefings.
Attention to detail in monitoring outputs, data inputs, and information logs under operational time constraints.
Effective performance in shift-based environments, with composure under pressure and responsiveness to evolving priorities.
Familiarity with GIS platforms, data visualization tools, social listening technologies, or trend analysis dashboards is a strong advantage.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize open-source and institutional data to inform threat alerts, risk assessments, situational reports, and welfare checks.
Monitor real-time incidents and identify and escalating risks related to geopolitical events, natural disasters, civil unrest, and public safety issues.
Directly conduct welfare checks on staff, contributing to institutional situational awareness and supporting broader organizational resilience and security posture.
Perform all duties while maintaining professional conduct with empathy, accuracy, and discretion.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT), risk analysis, crisis monitoring, or related analytical support roles.
Experience working in security operations centers, newsrooms, or emergency coordination environments is an advantage.
Certification in intelligence analysis or OSINT preferred.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in political science, international relations, geography, diplomacy, security studies, crisis management, or related field.
Equivalent field or intelligence experience may be considered in lieu of a specified Bachelor's degree.
