Thrive Networks is seeking a Security Business Analyst to streamline client communications, discuss security performance, and drive service improvements across our security operations. You will lead recurring client meetings, tailor security operation reports, support onboarding of security solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and foundational cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a drive for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recurring meetings with security service clients to share performance insights.
• Discuss operational concerns and review client dashboards and portals.
• Develop customized security operation reports for clients.
• Assist in onboarding of security solutions and onboarding meetings.
• Provide client feedback and quality improvement initiatives with SOC leadership.
• Collaborate with project management, deployment, and security teams for onboarding.
• Identify feedback trends to improve client experience.
• Follow up with clients after CSAT surveys.
• Relay customer feedback to Security Operations leadership.
• Attend internal and external onboarding meetings representing Security Operations.
