Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a client engagement specialist for our Security Operations team in the Philippines. You will lead client meetings, share security insights, and coordinate with internal teams to tailor reports and improvement plans that enhance security operations.

The role requires a solid grounding in cybersecurity concepts, strong communication, and a proactive approach to service quality. On-site work in Pampanga may be required as part of onboarding and client visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of network protocols, operating systems, application layer protocols, and security best practices.
• Basic familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and foundational cybersecurity concepts.
• Understanding of cybersecurity threats.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong desire for continuous improvement.
• Analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recurring meetings with clients subscribed to security services.
• Share security performance insights and discuss operational concerns.
• Review client security tools’ dashboards and portals and provide walkthroughs as needed.
• Work with internal teams to develop customized reports for analyzing client security operations.
• Develop and implement client quality improvement plans with Security Operations leadership.
• Provide operational improvement recommendations based on client feedback and data analysis.
• Attend internal and external onboarding meetings representing Security Operations teams.
• Consult with project management, Deployment, and Security Operations teams to ensure successful onboarding of security solutions.
• Identify feedback trends to enhance client experiences.
• Follow up with clients after CSAT survey feedback.
• Relay customer feedback and suggestions to Security Operations leadership.
• Perform other duties as required.
