Job summary

You will supervise Security Guard and Watcher, improve policy implementation, and enhance security response times to protect people and property. A criminology degree is required with 6 months to 1 year of related experience and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Criminology or Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• With at least six months to one related experience or training.
• Knowledgeable in security assessment, investigation and case administration, surveillance and information gathering skills, technical/report writing, shoplifter detection, apprehensions and self defense.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Senior Security Officer in controlling store losses by improving awareness and compliance of employees to security policies and procedures.
• Ensure better implementation of policies and procedures to improve security response and effectiveness.
• Improve store's awareness and compliance on security policies and procedures.
• Improve security and safety of the store.
• Improve security response time.
• Directly supervises the Security Guard and Watcher.
